Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a balcony. They were also quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The public transportation options were convenient for exploring the area. However, it's best not to eat Shin Cup Noodles in the room to avoid any unwanted odors.
Our family of 3 adults and 2 children stayed in rooms without a view, which were the lowest category available, and it was a completely different experience. The location near subway Dongdaemun exit 8 with a beautiful view was perfect, offering easy access to shopping and food options. The service, while they came into our room without displaying housekeeping signs, showed great attention with small gestures like offering a toothbrush at check-in. The dining experience, however, was disappointing with a blah buffet, but the facilities offered dry cleaning and laundry services which were convenient.
The hotel offers a beautiful mountain and city view from the rooms, but it's quite far from the lift, which can be tiring. The buffet is just average, and breakfast is not included in the room rate.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms had a nice view of the Seoul Tower and having a balcony meant I didn't even need the air conditioning. The service was excellent and friendly, making my stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect for exploring the city and doing some night shopping. The dining experience was not the best, but it didn't overshadow the rest of the great aspects of this hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while split into two areas which was convenient for multiple guests, were small with no real window. On the bright side, the service was very helpful and friendly, although the night shift assistant manager seemed to always look angry. The location was excellent, just behind Doota mall and close to major attractions, making our trip much easier. Unfortunately, the dining experience was terrible, especially considering the price. Despite some downsides, the facilities were satisfactory.
I was pleasantly surprised by this excellently-located hotel. The rooms, although cheap looking, were clean and split into two areas, which I found convenient. The service had its ups and downs, with the concierge downstairs being reluctant to book taxis but the night shift assistant manager proving very helpful and friendly, even offering me a toothbrush at check-in. The location above the mall was extremely convenient for shopping and using public transport, with easy access to subway stations and bus stops. However, the dining experience at the blah buffet was a letdown, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view, giving a cozy feeling like a home away from home. Although the service had some language barriers and minor mishaps, the location is excellent for exploring the bustling Dongdaemun area. Dining options may not be the best, but the facilities are satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
